QCS - Quality & Service Evaluation Form

with the quality of our services this month

Quality is an essential element of any service you require for your business- including cleaning. If a high quality of service is important to you, then you'll love our unique, client centred management initiative - QUALITY CLIENT SERVICES (QCS).

This system allows you to remain in control of the services you want, and the quality standard our clean team achieves for you. You can be confident that what you set as the scope of work at the beginning of the contract will be consistently achieved throughout the contract.

Unlike other commercial cleaning companies, our QCS initiative eliminates the potential for "sloppy" cleaning practices or shortcuts to creep into the cleaning routine of your premises.

There are two parts to the QCS program:

- The working documents - including a work frequency schedule and cleaning log.

- The standards and procedures documents - explaining and detailing the work to be done.

Any monthly evaluations that show less than 90% client satisfaction will be attended to by our Client Service Team member, who will investigate and eliminate any results that are below your expectations.

There evaluations are essential - allowing you to assess how well your needs are being met, while enabling our team to make timely adjustments so your expectations are continually met.
